Full Time Chef - Second in charge.

Help lead, mentor and manage busy Kitchen.

Develop and plan menus and daily specials.

Create prep lists for Kitchen.

Experience with Breakfast and Italian Cuisine is essential.

Five night shifts and two day shifts with some flexibility (Approx 45 hours).

Two days off in a row.

Salary negotiable.
