Are you a passionate experienced Chef with a love for Persian cuisine? Do you have expert skills in charcoaling succulent kebabs? We have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a Professional Persian food Chef to join our dynamic team in Adelaide, WA.

As a Persian Chef, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and create mouthwatering Persian foods and kebabs that will delight our customers. The culinary experience we provide to our guests is truly amazing and we are looking for a passionate individual to join our team and contribute further to our guests experience. 

What is expected of you:

·         At least three years Full time work experience as a Chef

·         In-depth knowledge of Persian cuisine and kebab cooking techniques highly desirable

·         Effective communication skills

·         A team player with great time management

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

·         Weekend availability

As a Chef in our organisation, your daily duties may include:

·         Manage the kitchen and supervise kitchen staff

·         Prepare and cook all menu items

·         Create recipes and demonstrate cooking techniques to kitchen staff

·         Design menu, as well as devise menu items as specials and for special events

·         Create and innovate new recipes to expand our menu options

·         Demonstrate stock management, including ingredient inventory and ordering of stock

·         Supervise and oversee cooking staff during service

·         Mitigate food wastage, maximising yield from culinary ingredients

·         Maintain personal equipment; knives and uniforms

·         Adhere to Food Preparation, Handling and Storage Policies and Maintain Occupational, Health and Safety (OH&S) practices in the kitchen

·         Attend and participate in restaurant staff meetings
