Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing dishes according to our menu and standards.
- Ensure the quality, freshness, and presentation of all food items.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold food safety standards.
Requirements:
- At least two years’ Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred.
- Culinary diploma or degree is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food presentation, and kitchen management.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.

Annual Leave: 4 weeks
