Position Title: Cook

Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in taste and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, always adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support the Chef in cost and inventory control measures to minimize food wastage and spoilage
• Collaborate with the culinary team to streamline operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualification Required:
• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Kitchen Management is required
Experience Required:
• At least 3 years experiences as a cook in commercial kitchen
• Proven experience in a bustling restaurant or café environment
• A keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to quality
• Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to plan and undertake tasks in a logical and sequential manner
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Enthusiasm, passion, and motivation to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
• Adaptability to thrive in a diverse, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment
Salary Range:
$65,000-- $75,000
