We have an exciting opportunity for a SUPERSTAR Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic and passionate Customer Team at DECJUBA! Your new role will see you working alongside a close-knit team that lives and breathes DECJUBA excellence; so you know you will be supported in every interaction. Reporting to the Customer Relationship Manager, this role will be responsible for providing #AMAZING customer experiences to all DECJUBA customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivering #AMAZING customer experiences through timely responses to all queries over the phone and online.
  • Taking a solution focused approach to continuously elevate the customer experience at DECJUBA.
  • Using your problem-solving skills to resolve more complex queries to ensure our customers always have an amazing experience.
  • Engage with internal teams to identify improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Ad hoc administrative duties for Customer Service as required.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience in Customer Service or a related field, preferably in Retail or e-Commerce
  • A resilient and positive attitude with a willingness to embrace change.
  • Intermediate computer and administrative skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team player who will thrive in our close-knit, fun & collaborative team culture.
  • Above all, a passion for delivering amazing customer experiences
