The Role: As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will spearhead communication efforts between our client company, builders, and installation supervisors. Your focus will be on understanding builders' needs, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth flow of information to support project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

- Job Request Management: Accept job requests using builder programs and transfer data seamlessly into company software for the external team.
- House Plans and Purchase Orders: look over basic house plans (training provided) and purchase orders accurately to facilitate project requirements.
- Cross-Departmental Liaison: Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, subcontractors, and other departments to achieve optimal outcomes for our customers.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of products (training courses held internally) and services through comprehensive training, ensuring you can effectively support customer inquiries and needs.
