Qualifications & experience
- A Caring/Empathetic nature when dealing with clients, we Pride ourselves on our great relationships with our clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task and Prioritise. .
- Prior Experience in the Building and Construction Industry will be Highley regarded, especially if you have Pre-Site experience.
- Be able to read and understand working drawings.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Setting up of Site folders with specific site plans and relevant construction documents.
- Ensuring all Building Permits, Property Information, are completed, before job is to go to Construction.
- Able to understand plans to send out for Quote requests.
- You are the Primary contact for our clients, from the start of our clients journey until after handover.
- Identify and address any problems or challenges that could arise, and strive for swift and effective resolution.
- Obtain certificate of occupancy, including organising Hand over documents for client.
- Work closely with our Internal and External Stakeholders to ensure jobs run smoothly Pre Site and On Site.
