SalaryFull time position available with EDGE COMMUNITY SERVICES to begin a Disability Traineeship for our Centre Based Programs at our busy Werribee and Geelong sites.
This position is an opportunity is to provide active support to our participants and to assist with the implementation of programs, assisting with daily group excursions, case notes and program planning.
The staff at EDGE Community Services are committed to providing a safe learning space for all our participants. EDGE Community Services is open 6 days per week from 9am - 4pm and provides Centre Based Programs to individuals who have a disability which can include intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injury, neuro diverse, and/or mental illness. This role will include working in a fast-paced environment whilst studying a certificate III in Individual Support.
Programs offered at our Werribee and Geelong sites include art/craft, cooking, music and various community-based excursions, therefore a driver's license is essential.
