SalaryOur clinic RTC - Rejuvenation Treatment Centre since 2012 in Ballarat VIC, now is looking for an Experienced Remedial massage therapist to join us! This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week.
Requirement:
- Experienced remedial massage therapist with at least 2 years
- A diploma in Remedial Massage is needed
- Strong Communication Skills
- Enthusiasm, Honest and Team Player
- Must be registered with an association and able to obtain Private Health Insurance provider numbers
- Individual professional insurance
The role and responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls in a friendly manner.
- Booking appointments on the client's behalf
- Providing and recommending treatment plans for clients based on medical history, identifying specific needs and conditions
- Develop and implement customized quality treatment for clients to deliver optimal health and well-being relief and support
- Administer various massage techniques to address musculoskeletal problems and promote relaxation
- Offer professional advice on post-massage care and exercises for ongoing maintenance on how to manage or improve soft tissue conditions
- Maintain accurate client records and progress reports
- Ensure the cleanliness of the clinic is maintained.
- Managing day-to-day operations of the clinic that includes but is not limited to customer service, inventory stock take, opening and closing, maintaining and embedding policies and procedures.
