AddressSydney West Physio is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic physiotherapist with a diverse range of skills to join our highly regarded physiotherapy team in Western Sydney.
You will be joining the Inpatient physiotherapy team, providing services within Westmead Private Hospital.
We are looking to employ for a full time and/or part-time position.
This role offers the opportunity to work in all areas of acute physiotherapy including ICU, cardiorespiratory, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, spinal surgery, general surgery, men’s health and women’s health.
All levels of experience are encouraged to apply with successful candidates up-skilled in all of these areas across the hospital. Extensive mentoring and education is provided, along with regular in-services & journal club.
Westmead Private Hospital is owned and operated by Ramsay Health Care. The hospital is co-located with Westmead Public Hospital and Westmead Children’s Hospital. Additionally, Sydney West Physio is located in Western Sydney with extensive outpatient services delivered across Blacktown, Norwest, Penrith and Westmead, including nutrition and dietetics, speech pathology, research and sports coverage. Our practice delivers acute inpatient physiotherapy care to patients at Westmead Private Hospital & St Vincent’s Private Hospital.

Selection Criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy
- Full and unrestricted AHPRA registration for 2024
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team, exercising sound professional judgement
- Demonstrated efficient time management and organisational skills
- Focus on delivering high level patient centered care
- Commitment to evidence based practice and ongoing professional development
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
