We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie on a casual, Part Time or Full Time basis to enhance our kitchen team. Your role will involve ensuring that all dishes are prepared and served to as directed by our head chef. This position offers the best work life balance on a 7 day rotating roster with minimal nights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and serve a wide range of dishes, adhering to the club's high standards.
- Maintain rigorous safety, health, and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and support during events.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and refine new dishes.
- Work cohesively as part of a vibrant team, but also be able to work independently
About You:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- You possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a team environment.
- Your passion for creating exceptional food is evident in your desire to provide an unforgettable dining experience for our members and guests.
- You are capable of working under pressure and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You have full, unlimited working rights in Australia.
