Grow OT is a mobile Paediatric Occupational Therapy service.
We are a small mobile service that currently services the Sutherland Shire, St George and Inner West areas. We are committed to providing quality services in other areas of Sydney and welcome therapists to become independent in an area of choice. Preferable areas would be Sutherland Shire, Bankstown, Eastern Suburbs and Hills District. Other areas are open for discussion.
The role
We are looking for a trained Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 2 years experience in paediatric settings, to subcontract into the business and be in charge of their own case load. We are looking for a therapists who wants to work in an area of choice in Sydney and manage 5-6 clients per day. Full time and Part Time work available.
We are committed to advertising and gaining clients for you, completing admin tasks such as invoices, calendars and assisting communication with clients. Our therapists ideally spend the day seeing 5-6 clients. With 5.5-7 hours of billables in a day. With therapists earning up to 175k including super a year.
On offer:
-Very attractive hourly rate $120 -135 dependent on experience + super at 11%
-A travel fee of 15-30 minutes to be included in your billable per client.
-Movement for pay scale for longer service
-Admin support provided
-Weekend work optional
-Help set up and run group programs during school holidays. We currently offer Social Skills and School Readiness programs and are looking to expand.

We are looking for someone who will be committed to the role ongoing and a team player. We are a small team who offer peer supervision to one another based on our differing experience and expertise as well as scheduled external supervision. Therapists with varying levels of experience welcome to apply but a high degree of autonomy is required within the role.
