As a Pharmacy Assistant you’ll be a self-motivated and customer focused person with a positive disposition, enthusiastic to meet and exceed our customers’ needs. We pride ourselves on providing expert advice, great customer service, making trustworthy health advice available and affordable to all. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer service
- Assisting our pharmacists
- S2/S3, taking in scripts
- Aiding customers with queries and/or referring them if need be
- Maintain up to date product knowledge
- Remain up to date with pharmacy procedures and protocols
- Maintain a neat and tidy premises
- Weekend availability essential
Experience and Knowledge:
- Preferably min. 1 year experience in a similar role
- Sound understanding of POS systems and operational procedures
