Full-time Qualified Chef

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join our team in the Wangaratta and Milawa area of North East Victoria. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and prepare a variety of dishes to high standards

- Ensure food quality, presentation, and taste meet expectations

- Manage kitchen operations, including staff supervision and training

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen

- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards 

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen of at least 2 Years

- Have Relevant Trade Qualifications or skills

- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Availability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends as needed

Salary Range:

$70,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
