The successful applicant must have;
- A professional and friendly phone manner
- High personal grooming standards
- Computer literacy (word/outlook/excel etc)
- Great attention to detail
- Busy reception experience
- Pentana experience preferred
Duties will include;
- Fielding inbound phone calls
- Forwarding emails as appropriate
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Sorting mail
- Vehicle licensing
- Renewing vehicle registrations
- Acquiring vehicles into stock
- Transferring vehicles
- Completing test drive forms
- Banking
- Stationery orders
- General admin duties as required
Full training will be given however previous Motor Vehicle experience would be an advantage.
