Licensing Clerk / Receptionist Full Time

The successful applicant must have;

• A professional and friendly phone manner
• High personal grooming standards
• Computer literacy (word/outlook/excel etc)
• Great attention to detail
• Busy reception experience
• Titan experience 

Duties will include;

• Fielding inbound phone calls
• Forwarding emails as appropriate
• Meeting and greeting customers
• Sorting mail
• Vehicle licensing
• Renewing vehicle registrations
• Acquiring vehicles into stock
• Transferring vehicles
• Completing test drive forms
• Banking
• Stationery orders
• General admin duties as required

Full training will be given however previous Motor Vehicle experience would be an advantage.
