Position:Recruitment AgentQualifications and Requirements:Minimum of 2 years experience in a recruitment or HR role. Proven track record of success in managing high-end clientele.Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect, understand and relate to people. Strong computer skills, written and oral communication skills and good understanding of CRM'sA passion for delivering exceptional guest services, attention to detail and a drive for success.Knowledge of the Australian marine industry & superyacht industry advantageous Confident and compassionate!Hardworking, dedicated and committedHonest, reliable and loyalFlexibility in roster Proven Longevity!Fluency in English a MUST!Australian and New Zealand permanent residents only need apply.
