We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Reservationist to join our enthusiastic team at Metro Hotel Marlow Sydney Central
Daily duties include but are not limited to:
Use of the hotel PMS (Room Master) to complete and process all reservations/amendments/cancellations made by telephone, e-mail and fax.
Responding to all guest calls and e-mails in a timely manner.
Be up to date with current hotel promotions and packages.
Maintain a positive selling approach to maximise yield in both occupancy and rates.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Strong attention to detail to ensure all date is entered correctly.
Skills and experience:
Previous experience in a similar role.
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written.
High level of attention to detail.
Available to work Full Time.
Full working rights in Australia are essential to be considered for the role.
Experience is preferred.
