* Morning Shift (7:30am to 3:30pm)
* Afternoon Shift (3:30pm to 11:30pm)
We are a busy 3.5 star motel located in Inner West Sydney. We are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about service standards and guest satisfaction.
To be considered for this position you should possess the following attributes:
- Enthusiastic Team Player
- Well Presented
- Strong Customer Service Focus
- Works well under pressure
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role
- Strong Communication (English) and Interpersonal skills
- Good Time Management
- Ability to Multi-task
- Excellent Attention to Detail
Duties Include, but are not limited to:
- Greet and Welcome all guests
- Guest registration to include Check In/Out procedure
- Balancing daily transactions
- Handle guest queries and complaints
- Liaise closely with all departments in the Hotel, particularly Housekeeping and Maintenance
- Dealing with reservation enquiries
- Inventory
This role would suit someone with Hotel Front Office Experience.
