About The Department
Reservations and Fullerton Express is our internal Guest contact center and is responsible for handling incoming calls, room and restaurant reservations, In-room dining orders and other guest requests. Our Fullerton Express & Reservations team are proactive, detailed, welcoming and true professionals at delighting our guests throughout their stay over the phone.

Our team is an integral part of our Fullerton Hotel Sydney Guest contact team and provides a vital service to all areas of the hotel.
To be successful, this role requires AM or PM availability.
The overnight role requires permanent overnight availability. This is a supportive team environment and is an all-rounder communications center.
About The Role:
As a Fullerton Express Agent you will be required to:
- Answer in-house and external guest calls
- Accommodate the requests and varied needs of all guests
- Provide guests with recommendations or referrals and upsell the hotel's services and facilities.
- Follow up on all requests and feedback to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
- Take and upsell In-Room Dining orders
- Assist with other projects as requested by Shift Leaders and the Manager
The Requirements
- Opera PMS experience preferred.
- Previous Front Office GSA or Reservations experience highly regarded
- Clear & confidently spoken English communication skills.
- Excellent personal presentation
- True passion for exceeding customer expectations
- Flexible availability
- Thorough follow-up, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience using restaurant POS systems such as Infrasys a distinct advantage
- The willingness to comply with all CovidSafe workplace requirements
