Wilson Security is seeking a Full-Time Security Officer to join the team of Security Officers/Control Room Operators at Broadmeadows.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires a driven and passionate person with a strong desire to make a difference and contribute to the success of the team.

The roles :
Broadmeadows:
1 x Full time Security officer
1 x Full time Reliever Security officer
The position function includes:
Control room duties
Internal & External Patrols
Gatehouse duties
Concierge/Customer service
Role requirements:
Victorian Security License
Control room licence (or willing to apply for it with RPL) – Experience will be highly regarded
Current valid Driver’s license
Current First Aid qualification
Computer literate in MS Office and associated programs
Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
Strong multitasking ability
Strong customer service skills and resilience to work within a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work a rotating roster – 12-hour shifts

Morning and Night shift penalty rates (where applicable)
