Functional Consultant (Ukg Consultant)

Our client is a well known market leader with a large online presence and instantly recognisable brand. Due to the ongoing success of the business, a position has been created for a Functional Consultant. 

Role:

As a Functional Consultant for Workforce Management Labour Scheduling, you will play a critical role in the strategic workforce management program including the ownership of UKG system configuration related to Forecasting, Scheduling, Time and Attendance modules.

Working on multiple challenging projects, this role will see you liaising with various business and technical teams, both internally and externally. You will have an ability to work closely with the senior business stakeholders in the productivity team, show an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the retail business and workforce management principles. You will have a problem-solving mindset including synthesis of business opportunities and problems related to workforce management and ability to provide sustainable functional solutions in a pragmatic manner. You will have a great understanding of industry best practices for UKG workforce management and how those practices could be applied in achieving the business goals.

Requirements:

• Strong functional skillset in UKG Pro® Workforce Management (formerly UKG Dimensions® WFM) having solid experience in the design and implementation of workforce management solutions, in-depth understanding of configuration of timecards, enterprise agreements, key parameters driving volume forecast, labour demand, labour standards, rosters, scheduling rules, reporting & dashboards and overall WFM success measures.
• A team player with an ability to work with a highly diversified team including technology & business stakeholders located nationally and internationally at various locations
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders (both technical and non-technical) and take ownership and initiative in every aspect of their work
• Proven experience in an enterprise scale organisation ideally but not limited to retail industry
• Good understanding of IT systems landscape, System Integration and Cloud Computing with different hosting methods such as SaaS/PaaS will also be considered desirable
