You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:

• Demonstrated expertise and technical skills with integrated ERP solutions and the ability to apply this knowledge in such ITIL Service Management processes, primarily incident / problem/ test / change and configuration management and the implementation of solution change control processes
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing functional analysis activities on large scale, complex integrated systems solution.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA system environments with an ability to deliver quality outcomes within tight timeframes and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team.
• Proven highly developed communication, consultation and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of key stakeholders and ability to build positive relationships in an environment of change.
