We are seeking an individual who has a passion for detail, managing relationships and hospitality! This is a full-time Multi Site Function and Events Manager role managing Robina and Logan. Whilst being based at Robina.
The Function and Events Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating events and functions, targeting Corporate food and beverage bookings, medium and large functions and working with the F&B Team to ensure they are executed to a high standard and meet customer expectations.
Qualifications
- At least four years of experience in a similar role managing functions and events, desirable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with vendors and suppliers preferred
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required by the functions and events schedule
- Degree or Diploma in hospitality, events management, or a related field is preferred but not required, desirable
