Expand yourhorizons in a flourishing, progressive team environment ... This busy and fulfilling role is about creating and executing strategies to grow income from individual donors through the single gift, regular giving and mid value programs. This includes program and campaign management, coordinating with internal stakeholders and suppliers, analysis and reporting, and supporter care.
To win this prestigious, exciting and (sure to be) fast paced role, you will need to:
- Bring strong fundraising experience and knowhow of a successful individual giving program
- Thorough understanding of individual giving technicalities and how to make it happen
- Show an excellent record of stakeholder /relationship building
- Be capable of pushing boundaries, taking risks and being bold and creative in your thinking
- Have experience in campaign analysis and evaluation
- Be able to manage budgets to achieve agreed targets
- Be capable of using and analysing data from a Raiser’s Edge CRM and finding ways of innovating/improving systems and processes
