Form of workPacific Furniture and bedding are looking for a new Delivery Driver who will be part of our warehouse team in Unanderra NSW. We are looking for an experienced driver with an MR licence. We do furniture deliveries, so experience in packing and delivering furniture is advantageous but not essential.
The role involves doing our local deliveries, as well as deliveries for our stores in places such as Eden and Gunnedah, so 1-2 overnight hotel stays per week are part of the role. Hotel room is paid for by the company and an allowance is paid to cover expenses. There are also some days spent at the warehouse packing trucks and organising stock.
Customer service is extremely important as our Drivers are our final customer contact, so being a good communicator and experience dealing with customers is also important. The role is full time Monday to Friday. If this sounds like you, we look forward to hearing from you.
