Inbound And Export Administrator- Hspo

As the Inbound and Export Administrator at General Motors Australia and New Zealand (GM ANZ) your purpose is to support the Holden Service and Parts Operations (HSPO) with general administration work facilitating the inbound part processing and outbound customer invoicing and shipping. You will gain experience, market ability and exposure to a diverse, fast paced environment within our global corporation and exciting local ambitions, which you will be able to leverage to progress your career.
The aim of this role is to Interact with GM systems to generate documents required for inbounding and outbounding parts. As well as data collection and reporting to measure aspects of operational performance and quality. You will work with external vendors and internal customers to resolve delivery and finance related issues and queries.
