About Us
Our Program & Project Assurance team help clients gain confidence by ensuring their projects stay on track, assessing any risks and achieving the intended results. In our team, you'll help identify project strengths and determine the accuracy of the scope, using your analytical thinking skills to make informed decisions and enable businesses to thrive. Our client base spans multiple industries, including financial services, health, oil & gas, energy and consumer products. From Finance to Operations to IT to HR, Risk and front line teams, our teams work with many different areas of clients' business to ensure success across the lifecycle of a project.
What is the Trainee Program?
As a Trainee, you'll embark on a two-year journey of combined work and study with PwC. You'll join us four (4) days a week (on a full-time salary!) while you study part-time for two (2) years. You'll then take a break from full-time work to complete your degree!
Balance is important. That's why you'll receive one (1) day of paid study while you work four days a week! This means you'll receive a full-time salary while you study! As a trainee, you'll combine your university studies with work experience to build the perfect foundation for your career, all while receiving professional and financial support in a full-time paid role.
About the Opportunity
In the Program & Project (Transformation) Assurance team, you'll find yourself in a culture that values humility, courage and realism. Alongside your peers, you'll work with a variety of Australian Businesses and help them identify and mitigate risks that can impact their Transformation initiatives. You'll use your skills in Program/Project Management, Stakeholder Management and Risk in Change Management to make an impact on our clients. Along the way, you'll build relationships and skills to set you up for a lifetime of success.
