The esteemed Nambour RSL Club and The Bower Tree are on the lookout for vibrant Gaming and Cashier Attendant(s) to join our dynamic teams. With over 200 Gaming Machines at each venue, We're creating an exciting atmosphere for both patrons and staff alike.
This role is tailor-made for those passionate about hospitality. We are seeking individuals with an excellent work ethic, an innate flair for customer service, and an enthusiasm for collaborative teamwork. Prior experience in gaming operations will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with Gaming Hosts across both venues for player rewards and requests.
- Excelling in all facets of Bar and Gaming responsibilities, ensuring impeccable attention and customer-centric focus.
- Delivering comprehensive services across gaming areas as necessitated.
- Adhering to RSA & RSG protocols in alignment with both venue policies and regulatory requirements.
- Undertaking cashier duties related to gaming as deemed necessary.
- Keeping patrons well-informed about promotions, events, functions, and other activities across both Nambour RSL and The Bower Tree.
Desired Skills, Qualities, and Qualifications:
- Essential RSA and RSG certifications & hands-on experience desirable.
- Outstanding attention to detail complemented by stellar customer service acumen.
- An amiable and extroverted disposition coupled with impeccable personal presentation.
