The Role:
Ready to be the heart and soul of our gaming floor? As a Gaming / Customer Care Host, you’ll ensure every guest leaves with a smile. Your mission is to provide top-notch service and foster relationships that keep members coming back for more. This role is all about enhancing guest experience through friendly interactions and by maintaining a vibrant, engaging atmosphere. You’ll also champion our responsible gaming and uphold our club’s Customer Care program.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Be a happiness hero: resolve guest issues with a smile and proactive charm.
- Be the face of efficiency and courtesy, handling all inquiries swiftly and with a warm touch.
- Welcome new faces, turning guests into loyal members.
- Keep everyone in the loop on club happenings with timely, engaging communications.
- Make members happy through conducting the daily and weekly member’s promotions.
- Create a welcoming and positive vibe, making our club the place to be!
- Collaborate effectively with the team, ensuring smooth sailing in all operations.
- Stay vigilant, ensure compliance, and promote responsible gaming and alcohol service.
- You are the champion of our Customer Care program and committed to ensuring all guests have a positive gambling experience.
- Safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of all club dealings.
