AddressThe Mitcham Hotel is looking for a Gaming Supervisor for a mixture of Day & Night Shifts and end of day close for an immediate start.
The successful applicant will be energetic, enthusiastic, approachable, engaging and able to demonstrate;
- An understanding of the expectations of an gaming in a busy hospitality setting.
- Proven success in a supervisor role, ideally with bars & gaming
- The ability to lead, manage, train and direct a multi-skilled team
- Ability to think on your feet and be adaptable
- Ability to predict customers expectations and provide a service that exceeds their expectations
- Taking responsibility for the presentation and smooth operation of the gaming room
- Ensure the correct practices and procedures are maintained in all operations
- Communicate any issues to the relevant manager(s)
- Assist with Regulatory and Licensing Compliance
