The Hilton Hotel (the pub) is conveniently located in the inner western suburbs on the fringe of Adelaide. We have a great opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Gaming/Duty Manager.
About the Role
Overseeing all aspects of venue operations, the successful candidate's duties will include but not be limited to:
- Being responsible for delivering exceptional levels of customer service at all times.
- Ensure the safety and security of customers, employees, and assets.
- Collaborate with other departments.
- Monitor and manage staff performance.
- Maintain accurate records, including incident reports and timekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
- Monitor gaming room activities and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
- Supervise the sales and operations of the bottle shop, bar, and restaurant

About You
As an integral part of the team you'll bring your previous experience as a Gaming/Duty Manager along with:
- Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role in a venue with multiple operations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- RSG qualification with sound knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance
- RSA certificate
- TAB experience preferred, but not essential
