We are now looking for a Duty Manager who has a strong interest in events and functions.

About the role
Working closely with the Venue Manager, this position is an operational role, also responsible for planning and executing functions and events.
- Managing function enquiries and e-mails
- Planning and executing functions and events
- Ensuring service standards are consistently delivered by the team
- Working in the venue with day-to-day service
- Managing the venue and supervising staff on shift
- Opening the venue and completing daily banking
About you
- Confident working behind a bar and managing staff
- Experience using online booking systems
- Outstanding customer service and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with ability to balance administrative duties, managing staff and working front of house
- Strong leadership potential and a passion for the hospitality industry
- Desire to learn and grow your skills
Qualifications and requirements
- Available to work full-time across a 7-day roster (minimal nights, no closes)
- RSA certification and RP badge
- Previously worked in a leadership position in hospitality or events
- Cash handling and POS experience
- Experience in basic computer skills and online booking systems
