We are searching for individuals with previous experience and who possess the following attributes:
- Must have exceptional customer service, professional attitude and presentation
- Oversee daily operations across multiple areas: bar, restaurant, events, gaming, and reception/accommodation
- Experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry is essential
- A hands-on approach with a "can do" attitude that leads by example
- Strong gaming focus, with a passion for bar and food
- Have a proven operational understanding in all facets of hotel operation
- Must have all relevant certificates and badges
- Bepoz, Maxetag and prior reception/accommodation experience is considered an asset
- Must be available over a 7 day roster
