Garden Maintenance Team Member

• Permanent full-time position 
• 38 hours per week 
• Saturday overtime available
• Mobile role - various locations in Northern & Western suburbs
• Hourly rate + relevant award entitlements + superannuation 

Join our team as a valued Team Member and embark on a journey working alongside skilled professionals across diverse commercial sites. Your primary responsibility will be supporting gardening maintenance and landscaping endeavours, ensuring utmost satisfaction for our clients. Effective communication and a willingness to follow guidance from your Team Leader are paramount for excelling in this role.

• Perform maintenance duties proficiently, including lawn mowing, edging, brush cutting, detailing and litter removal
• Safely administer herbicides using backpack sprayers
• Handle mowing equipment and tools with precision and care
• Contribute to landscaping projects as required
• Uphold a safe and orderly work environment
• Foster clear communication with both Team Members and clients

• Preferably possess at least 1 year of gardening or landscaping experience
• Hold a valid manual driver's licence
• Possess a Working with Children Check (or express willingness to obtain)
• Possess a National Police Check (or express willingness to obtain)
• Exhibit excellent communication skills
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and organisational capabilities
• Display drive and ambition to surpass client expectations in a quality driven setting
• Maintain physical fitness and adaptability to work in various weather conditions
