ROLE SUMMARY
The objective of the Fleming’s Landscapes Maintenance department is to lead the way in showcasing our quality, dedication, commitment and passion for urban landscapes. This role ensures our projects are always presenting at their best.
The main duties and responsibilities for the Maintenance Crew Member will be undertaking general grounds maintenance for landscape projects with duties including but not limited to:
- whipper snipping
- weeding
- mulching
- planting
- pruning/trimming trees
- sweeping
- watering
- litter collection
- any other maintenance duties as required
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of plants and weed identification,
- Valid Victorian drivers' licence (manual licence advantageous),
- Experience in safe operation of a variety of petrol and hand gardening and maintenance tools,
- Knowledge and experience with all aspects of commercial gardening and maintenance,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Proactive and reliable,
- Knowledge of Horticulture preferred,
- MR Licence highly advantageous.
- Ability to tow a water cart,
- White Card essential,
