A brilliant role for a talented professional, Gardener at a stunning, iconic property.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Deliver exceptional presentation of the gardens, wedding sites and outdoor spaces across the Hotel
• Grounds maintenance exclusive of vines and viticulture
• Hands on role with a solid understanding of managing a large garden property.
• Knowledge of modern techniques in lawn mowing and edging, pruning trees and shrubs, clipping of topiary, fertilizing, planting, turfing, pest and disease control
• Make recommendations on the Hotel grounds and assist with the long term planning and development of the complex.

ABOUT YOU:

• Success in a similar role and exposure to a large scale garden operation
• An acute eye for detail and development of solutions to ensure the high standard is maintained.
• A good working knowledge of various types of associated equipment
• Ability to work under pressure in a varied, fast paced environment, by taking initiative and working collaboratively
• Positive mindset and a can do attitude
