Appropriate bachelor's qualification Expertise in gender theories and practices in international development
Cross-cultural communication skills
High-level data analysis and report-writing skills
Strong contextual and cultural understanding of South Asia, Southeast Asia, and/or Pacific regions
Strong partnership coordination skills
Proficiency in English DesirableExperience in designing or delivering multimedia campaigns (videos, radio, brochures, social media, training, etc.)Experience in designing or delivering communities of practice
Experience/knowledge of Pacific countries
Proficiency in Filipino or other Philippine dialects
