General Clerk / Accounts Receivable

Sydney Waste Services (SWS), one of the leading providers of waste management solutions in NSW for commercial, residential and industrial clients, is looking for an ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK / GENERAL CLERK.

This is a fun role in a fast paced office. Formal qualifications are not required and on the job training will be provided. However, you will have a definite advantage if you have worked in a service industry and are experienced in working in an office. 

Responsibilities include:

- Answer calls and emails 

- Assisting with the day-to-day activities of the company

- Administrative tasks as assigned.

- Follow up payment from clients

The essential skills are:

• Strong organisational skills.
• A pleasant and professional manner with customers and other team members
• Computer literacy and accurate data entry capabilities 
• Knowledge of MS Excel is a must
• Knowledge of MYOB is preferred but not required
• Ability to problem solve

A working knowledge MS Office would be highly desirable. 

This job would be suitable for a friendly, highly organised and energetic team player with experience working in a small efficient office environment.
