Key Responsibilities:
As a General Factory Hand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Assisting with various tasks in the factory production line.
• Safely operating machinery and equipment as required.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines.
• Demonstrating a positive and can-do attitude while working efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications and Skills:
The successful candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications and skills:
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work efficiently without constant supervision.
• A friendly and positive attitude.
• A high regard for Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) and work quality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
• A forklift license is preferred but not essential.
