About Our Client Our client is a major marketer, storer and handler of Australian grain and oilseeds, having storage centers across Australia. With a strong reputation on a safe working environment and a strong team culture, you will report to the Site Supervisor and be an integral part of the team. In this role Based in beautiful Oaklands NSW, Core casuals are team members who are onsite throughout the year to assist with the maintenance of the warehoused grains as well as the site in general so no 2 days are ever the same. You will work within a team to carry out a multitude of tasks including but not limited to, general site maintenance, basic repairs of equipment, cleaning, and machine operation. Experience in a grain storage role a would be highly desirable however not essential. We seek dedicated, hardworking individuals who are reliable team players with a willingness to learn. Benefits:
Great pay rate of $30 plus overtime and weekend penalties

About you
Previous experience in the grain harvest industry is highly desirable.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads, etc.)
Reliable transportation to and from work
Excellent work ethic, communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to safety rules
Be flexible and adaptable to the work schedule.
