AddressBrightfield Group Services are a leading supplier of facility services throughout Australia. Due to substantial growth in our Field Services Division, we require a Field Services Technician to perform multiple repair and maintenance tasks for Brightfield clients, which include, but are not limited to general building maintenance, garden maintenance and general cleaning.
Duties Include
- General cleaning (rubbish removal, pressure cleaning, graffiti removal, window cleaning etc).
- General garden maintenance (lawn mowing, edging, pruning, hedging etc).
- General building maintenance (carpentry, painting etc).
- Ensuring contractual responsibilities are being carried out at each site.
- Liaising with clients, staff and contractors.
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide feedback to management on experiences and observations of day-to-day activity, client and contractor interaction etc.
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Current drivers license.
- Valid Police & WWCC.
- Knowledge in building & grounds maintenance.
