Job description
Responsibilities: - Client Consultation: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' risk profiles and business operations to understand their insurance needs.
- Market Analysis: Research and analyze insurance markets to identify optimal coverage options and negotiate terms with underwriters.
- Policy Placement: Place insurance policies with reputable carriers, ensuring comprehensive coverage at competitive rates.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
- Risk Management: Advise clients on risk mitigation strategies and provide ongoing support to address evolving business needs.
- Policy Renewals: Manage policy renewals, conduct reviews, and proactively recommend adjustments to ensure continued alignment with clients' objectives.
Qualifications: - Possess a Tier 1 Qualification in Insurance
- Have experience working within Commercial Insurance.
- Solid understanding of commercial insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts to clients.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively with underwriters to secure favorable terms for clients.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly within a team-oriented environment.
