- Proven experience as a General Manager derived within an Agency environment
- Strong stakeholder & C-Suite Client management and the ability to influence
- Experience setting and delivering operational budgets and KPI’s
- Proven track record in new business and designing and implementing successful business growth strategies
- Outstanding people leadership capability to build a high-performing team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of agency operations and industry trends.
- Results-oriented and solutions focussed
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
