BGT is excited to welcome a new role into our growing organisation, General Manager.
Key accountabilities of the role will include:
- Focus on the retention and growth of BGT’s revenue streams and partnerships, setting goals in collaboration with the CEO
- Lead BGT’s day-to-day operations to deliver on the management of programs and related strategic partnerships.
- Promote an environment that empowers and motivates staff to achieve organisational and service delivery goals.
- Guide and support team members to achieve optimal outcomes for all programs, in line with BGT’s organisational culture and values
About you
We are looking for someone with both previous leadership experience and demonstrated experience to work strategically and deliver operationally. Our ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Business Management, Leadership, Financial Management, or other relevant field; or equivalent work experience history.
