The exciting opportunity:
- Full operational responsibility to tailor the Home Care services for those in independent living on the Central Coast
- Report to CEO and pioneer strong rapport with clients, staff and key stakeholders
- Establish systems and processes aimed at delivering exceptional experiences for both residents and employees
- Collaborate in the review, enhancement, and implementation of policies and procedures to align processes and best practices with the organisation's vision
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan designed to effectively convert prospective clients into satisfied consumers of services
- Guarantee program compliance with contractual, legislative, and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Be responsible for managing costs and resources to achieve financial objectives
- Be ready to assume the positions of Home Care Coordinator and Case Manager initially, until the client network is sufficient to build on the team
- Lead the Home Care business unit with the vision to deliver the highest quality of care and expand the service offerings
- Become an integral part of the executive leadership team that drives strategic direction for Home Care within a first class retirement village
- Be guided and supported by your dedicated 3D Recruit Career Consultant, assisting with CV creation, interview preparation and career advice
- $130K + salary package + salary increasing as the services grow
- Extensive experience as a General Manager within Home Care or similar roles
- Strong understanding in all aspects of Home Care, and a proven track record in establishing a formidable community presence
- Robust business acumen, outstanding networking capabilities, proficient in recognising and leveraging opportunities for expanding services
- Thorough comprehension of the legal regulations governing Aged Care with a successful history of meeting accreditation standards
- An influential leader with entrepreneur mindset who drives change, fosters collaboration, exudes energy, and inspires others
