Chatswood and Ryde Toyota are on the hunt for an experienced General Manager to take the reins of our soon-to-be rebuilt showroom and operation at Ryde Toyota.
This role will form part of the senior leadership team of the Chatswood Ryde Business, along with being part of the bigger Servco Australia Family, Australia’s largest privately owned Toyota dealership network with operations across 4 states.
What will you be doing?As the General Manager for Ryde Toyota, you will be the face of the business, responsible for managing the day-to-day and tactical operations of the dealership with full accountability for the overall success.
With success comes reward! The successful applicant will get all the normal trimmings you would expect for this role with an extremely competitive remuneration structure, however, the exciting piece is the potential Equity offering after a qualifying period and demonstrated success.

Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 10 years in the Automotive Industry, with 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of all aspects of a Dealership
- Outstanding financial acumen and understanding of the levers available to you
- An extraordinary Leader who embraces their team
- Exceptional ability to predict the future and plan accordingly
- Meet deadlines or at least have creative reasons why you didn’t
- Ability to act independently, yet be a part of a greater team
- The confidence to back yourself and be bold
- Strong sense of responsibility
- A high level of professionalism without hindering the fun
- Willingness to relocate for an opportunity if required (Yes, we will support that)
