Our client is an award-winning hotel group currently seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead this newly renovated property.
THE ROLE
- Lead and inspire an exceptional team of hospitality professionals to drive the overall success of the business
- Develop solid relationships with all key stakeholders at all levels
- Constantly engage with staff to seek feedback and create a highly engaged workforce
- Ensure all property operating costs are controlled in a detailed and structured manner
- Successfully oversee the ins and out of F&B the MICE operations
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Previous GM experience in a boutique hotel environment
- Demonstrated exceptional financial and revenue management ability
- Sound strategic thinking and planning skills
- Proven expertise and commercial success in F&B and Conferencing
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing staff performance and development
- A commitment to providing an exceptional experience for your guests
- Ideally qualified in business, hotel management or other relevant discipline.
