Our client is going to be opening a prestigious site and will be one of the most anticipated new restaurants in Melbourne for 2024/2025 and is already operating a number of VERY successful sites across Australia and will be adding this high-end, high-volume, French restaurant to their portfolio.
Due to the unique offering which comprises quality and volume, they are in the market for an excellent General Manager who will be able to take the helm of this site and make it a huge success, ideally you will have managed a French and European style restaurant operating with the highest standards.

About you.
* At least 5 years of management experience with 3 years as GM or higher.
* Currently working in a premium dining/fine dining restaurant or group in the UK or Europe.
* Clear career progression that is visible in your CV alongside a stable career background.
* Passionate about providing best-in-class service to your guests.
* High volume experience where you have managed in excess of 400 covers.
* Have managed teams of more than 40 staff with the development of your team being of the utmost importance to you.
* Strong financial acumen and hands-on as a floor manager leading from the front.
