Given this growth, we seek an accomplished General Manager - Operations to orchestrate the firm’s daily functions and propel the company to the next level, knowing the person might come from an administration / financial / operational leadership background, we are open to all.
In this critical role, you will:
- Provide visionary and no-nonsense leadership: Guide and empower a talented team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
- Indirectly cultivate strong client service delivery: Maintain exceptional client satisfaction without ever speaking with a client. Achieve it through effective mentoring and guidance of the client service team. Leverage your emotional intelligence to lead recruitment efforts, nurture a highly motivated workforce, and promote staff development, all in turn which causes happy clients.
- Drive financial performance: Oversee resource allocation, implement cost-saving measures, and collaborate on sales forecasts to maximize profitability. Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.
- Champion data-driven decision making: Develop and maintain insightful dashboards to analyse critical data and translate insights into strategic actions that drive continuous improvement.

- Proven track record in professional services or related: Experience in fast-paced environments prioritising client satisfaction, billable targets, and staff utilisation is essential.
